Adwords and Blogger Undergoing Maintenance?  |  |  |

Just a quick log.
I was using Adwords Keyword Tool earlier today, and it said I have to refresh the page for updates to take effect.
And now, logging into Blogger, clicking on 'expand widget templates' returns 404. On top of that, I see a new Blogger comment notification on my Gmail, but it still is not showing on my Blogger dashboard.
I think they are doing some maintenance, but I am not sure. I cannot find any announcement. Anybody having the same problem? Please comment.
