Each of the top guns from the past and present– whether it is Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan or Saif Ali Khan – has at least one solo blockbuster to his credit. These are the kind of films that have done phenomenal business across the country and brought moolah in the access of 50 crores. In fact even relative newcomers like Ranbir Kapoor (AJAB PREM KI GHAZAB KAHANI) and Imran Khan (JAANE TU YA JAANE NAA) have smashed records as far as a 50 crores runner is concerned. However, the only actor who still hasn’t given a single solo blockbuster which has netted over 50 crores is Ajay Devgn.One wonders if it is a part of Ajay’s strategy where he has kept things in check by making films in reasonable budget and ensuring guaranteed returns instead of going ahead with those 40-50-60 crore ventures.
